
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager for our PACU Department. Responsible and accountable for management and clinical activities on designated units so that optimal quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner 24 hours a day.

Qualifications
Education Requirements:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing and hold a current license in State of West Virginia. BSN required. MSN, MHA or MBA preferred. Certification in specialty area required within 3 years of employment as Clinical Manager.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience. PACU/OHRR manager should have a minimum of 3 years ICU experience.
Certifications/Skills:
Demonstrate competence in management and leadership skills. Should maintain skills in order to relate to changing care needs. BLS required. Desirable: Member of a professional organization.
