• Position: Nurse Manager , OPD
• Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq
• Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently Nurse Manager , OPD for a reputed client in IRAQ.

As a Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our OPD. You will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and support staff, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. Your main goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the OPD, including patient flow, scheduling, and staffing
• Manage a team of nurses and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
• Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing education and training opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Participate in budget planning and monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing and healthcare management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or/and Masters degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in an outpatient settings
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records
