• Position: Nurse Manager, Inpatient
• Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq
• Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently Nurse Manager, Inpatient for a reputed client in IRAQ.

As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring patient outcomes, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inpatient department, including patient care, staffing, and budget management
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment for patients and staff
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to improve the overall operations of the organization
• Act as a liaison between the inpatient department and other departments within the organization
• Stay up-to-date with current healthcare trends and best practices to continuously improve patient care and department operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or/and Masters degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in an outpatient settings
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records
