In this role, you will oversee key hospital operations, manage staffing and schedules, coach and develop nursing team members, delegate responsibilities, and actively contribute to patient care to ensure compassionate, high-quality treatment and accurate medical documentation. This position provides leadership and oversight for the Emergency, ICU, and Critical Care departments, fostering operational excellence and exceptional patient outcomes.

The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a vital leadership role at CASE, serving as a positive role model for staff while overseeing all aspects of daily clinical operations. Working closely with the Medical Director and Hospital Director, this position ensures that departmental standards are consistently met and organizational goals are achieved.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with doctors, technical staff, client service representatives, the education department, and fellow leaders. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and highly organized—capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and client service excellence.
