Job Description

Help Shape the Region’s Most Compassionate Response to Mental Health and Substance Use Crises
The Centers is launching the Behavioral Health Crisis Centers (BHCC) this September, an innovative, state-of-the-art facility designed to expand access to immediate, trauma-informed support for adults experiencing mental health or substance use crises. Our walk-in, 24/7 crisis model will offer people a safe, welcoming alternative to emergency rooms, jail, or the streets while providing rapid assessment, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care. We're forming our leadership team this spring to support our launch.
The BHCC brings together a full continuum of services across three floors, including crisis care, stabilization, and ongoing behavioral health and primary care supports through our Health Center programs. This integrated approach allows teams to meet people where they are and guide them toward sustained recovery. If you’re ready to shape what innovative behavioral health crisis care looks like for our community, we want you on our team!
