We are seeking a Nurse Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab to support the continued growth of our expanding cardiovascular service line within a Magnet-designated community hospital recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN who is ready to transition into a leadership role or further advance their nursing leadership career. Qualifications
The Nurse Manager directs, plans, and coordinates the clinical and operational activities of professional nursing and support staff within the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supporting staff development and engagement, and fostering a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment. The Nurse Manager may also provide direct patient care as needed.
