Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director, SHG Cardiac Interventional Services or designee, perform diversified duties involving the planning, organization, direction, supervision, and coordination of assigned CMH Cath Lab Personnel. Responsible for orientation, training, development, and management assigned personnel. Responsible for developing programs, protocols quality improvement metrics within all areas of responsibility. Work collaboratively with Cardiologists, PA/NP, staff, and other ancillary departments in efficiently carrying out activities and marketing services to medical staff and patients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge/experience is required, Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 3 years management and clinical experience in cardiac cath and electrophysiology preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, training, and experience.
  • Working knowledge of computers i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and budget software.
  • Current RN/RT Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or equivocal clinical experience within interventional cardiology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
  • Association of Critical Care (ACN) Nursing certification or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $112,195.20 - USD $212,804.80 /Yr.
