Job Description:

What You'll Do

As Nurse Manager, you will:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Cardiac Procedural Services.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain top clinical talent.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Oversee staffing, productivity, quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and departmental operations.
  • Support evidence-based practice, nursing research, and professional development initiatives.
  • Lead quality improvement efforts and drive achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
  • Manage department budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DPH, Board of Registration in Nursing, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients, families, and staff.

We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts RN licensure
  • BSN required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive nursing experience in:
  • Cardiac Catheterization
  • Electrophysiology
  • Interventional Radiology
  • Critical Care
  • Or related procedural services
  • Demonstrated expertise in cardiovascular and interventional procedures
  • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Proficiency with EPIC or comparable electronic health record systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of leadership or management experience
  • Specialty certification such as RCIS, CVRN, CCRN, or NE-BC
  • Experience leading quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives

Pay Range:

$165,000.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
