Eliot is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The ideal candidate will oversee and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure that psychiatric and medical care are coordinated ensuring clients have support to address their health needs.
