In this leadership role, you will guide clinical practice, supervise nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use crises.
The Nurse Manager will collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Clinical Director of Residential & Outpatient Services, as well as community partners and internal crisis teams, to strengthen service delivery and promote best practices in crisis care.
This role is ideal for a clinically strong, mission-driven nurse leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about community-based crisis response.
