Required Skills:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in patient care delivery
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, Nursing Practice Act)
• Experience managing clinical operations in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:
• Experience in specialty areas (ICU, ER, OR, Maternal Child Health, etc.)
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience with hospital financial management and budgeting
• Exposure to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Experience managing multi-unit operations or large teams
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems


We are seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee patient care delivery, clinical operations, and staff performance within a 24/7 healthcare environment. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant care while driving operational excellence and team development.
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise along with leadership capabilities to enhance patient outcomes, improve workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily clinical operations across assigned units
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff and clinical teams
• Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor resource utilization, staffing, and workflow efficiency
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and operational goals
• Handle patient and family concerns, ensuring timely resolution
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
