Malvern Behavioral Health is currently seeking a full time Nurse Manager at our upcoming Malvern Behavioral Health facility located at 3905 W. Ford Road Philadelphia, PA 19131. The Nurse Manager position will be assigned to oversee two adult psychiatric units that will be opening in early 2026. To organize and administer individualized nursing care to patients. Provides standards of nursing care as directed by medical staff and in accordance with the multidisciplinary treatment plan objectives, policies, and procedures and the Nurse Practice Act. Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning. Assists Director of Nursing in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nursing practice at Malvern Behavioral Health.

Education and/or Experience: Current licensure as a nurse in PA. Clinical experience in the treatment of behavioral health preferred. Current CPR certification. Knowledge of Joint Commission standards.
Technical/Computer Skills: Ability to work in a supportive, caring and non-judgmental manner with staff and patients to gain confidence and cooperation with patients Ability to care plan and identify appropriate nursing interventions. Microsoft Office Proficient. EMR experience preferred.
Work Environment and Hazards: No hazardous conditions. Protected from weather conditions. Risk of exposure to communicable diseases. Possible exposure to intoxicated, disruptive and agitated patients.
Emergency Classification: Essential Personnel
Physical Requirements: Light work – lifting 25 lbs maximum. Involves sitting and a certain amount of walking and standing occasionally to carry out job functions.
