• Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour (shift differentials included)
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • Full-Time: $17,500
  • Part-Time: $9,500
• Annual Retention Bonus: $2,500 - $5,000

Qualifications

• Current State of Michigan RN License (required)
• Passion for senior care and hospitality-focused service
• Ability to respond to emergencies as needed
• Strong communication and leadership skills

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and nursing best practices
• Monitor resident health and behavioral changes
• Develop, update, and reassess individualized care plans
• Supervise and support Resident Assistants / Quality of Life Specialists
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate daily updates to the Director of Health Services

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
