This position is ideal for LPNs or RNs looking to leverage their clinical expertise in a fast-paced, influential role--while still remaining open to highly organized, detail-driven professionals without a nursing background.

What You'll Do:
Manage a high-volume admissions process with confidence and professionalism
Review and evaluate potential residents for clinical and financial eligibility
Coordinate admission details from inquiry through arrival, ensuring a World Class experience
Communicate clearly with residents, families, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams
Verify insurance, benefits, and required documentation
Organize timelines, clinical information, and paperwork with exceptional attention to detail
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
Participate in ongoing training, education, and occasional out-of-town sessions
Preferred Qualifications:
LPN or RN license strongly preferred
Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or post-acute settings is a plus
