Position: Nurse Instructor, Anesthesia Entity: Aga Khan University Hospital Location: Karachi, Pakistan Introduction: Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Nurse Instructor for the department of Anesthesia Main Operating room. Job Role / Responsibilities: Develop and conduct courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing services/support services employees plan, develop and organize programmes, courses, workshop to meet broad nursing needs and institutional patient care objective evaluate the effectiveness of individual learning and groups ensure that educational programmes are congruent with organizational goal coordinates and conducts different american heart association courses and prepares reports as per devised format

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: You must have; A baccalaureate degree in nursing (bscn) from an accredited school. valid license from Pakistan nursing council. Certification in: BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/Instructor) Safe Medication Administration Intravenous Cannulation Procedural Sedation minimum 3 years of experience as registered nurse. in-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes. excellent decision making and problem-solving skills. readiness to work in flexible hours.
