- Starting Pay Range: $45.00/hr – $58.50/hr , depending on experience

Summary:
The Nurse Informatics Specialist supports safe, high-quality patient care by assisting clinical staff with effective use of the electronic health record (EHR) and other clinical systems. This position provides operational support for clinical workflows, system updates, user training, and troubleshooting activities under the direction of the Clinical Informatics Manager. The role supports day-to-day clinical system functionality and user adoption within a critical access hospital environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum

Qualifications:
- - Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- - Experience supporting EHR implementation, system optimization, or clinical workflow improvement.
- Preferred

Qualifications:
- - Experience working with clinical information systems or EHR implementation in a healthcare setting.
- - Experience providing end-user support or training related to clinical systems.
- - Experience participating in workflow improvement or quality improvement initiatives.
- - Informatics-related education or certification preferred.
