HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a passionate and strategic Nurse Engagement Advisor to join the Office of Nursing Engagement and Patient Experience (ONE-PX).

This role serves as a dedicated advocate for the nursing workforce, partnering with leaders across the organization to strengthen RN engagement, advance TMH's Pathway to Excellence (PTE) journey, and sustain a thriving shared governance model.

The ideal candidate brings a deep commitment to nurse well-being, professional development, and the belief that an engaged nursing workforce is the foundation of exceptional patient care

Your Role:

• Key advocate for nurse well-being; fosters a positive organizational culture.
• Strives to improve nurse engagement, retention, and professional development while enhancing the safety culture at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
• Supports new nurses via strategic initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership to drive engagement strategies.
• Plays an integral role in recruitment efforts.
• Performs miscellaneous duties.

Reports To Director/Patient Experience

Supervises None.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education: Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.

Preferred Education: None.

Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.

Preferred Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work as a team member.
