🕒 Full-time: Primarily M-F 8a-4:30p, with one weekend a month of on-call coverage for the nursing department.

💰 $76k - $90k, depending upon years of experience

  • Primary responsibilities of this RN Manager position include infection control preventionist, oversight of the restorative nursing program, and education in the SNF.
  • Working with the Director of Nursing to assist with audits, regulatory concerns, state surveys and other areas that need addressed.
  • In the event of staffing needs, could assist with covering charge nurse or medication pass.
  • Assists with new hire and annual competencies, participates in monthly and quarterly QAPI meetings.

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of Geriatric Nursing and experience in supervision of others
  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Prefer Infection Preventionist Certification but willing to assist with obtaining the certification
