As the Nurse Educator at Springhill, you'll play a key role in developing and mentoring nursing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving clinical excellence. Your leadership and expertise will help ensure residents receive the highest quality care while supporting the growth and success of our nursing team. 🕒 Full-time: Primarily M-F 8a-4:30p, with one weekend a month of on-call coverage for the nursing department.
💰 $76k - $90k, depending upon years of experience
