Nurse Educator - Professional Development Specialist, Providence Office Park in Portland, Oregon. This is a full time, day shift, exempt position, offering flexible scheduling options. Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, day shift. The RN Coordinator - Clinical Educator reports to the Regional Manager of Clinical Orientation and Development. The position is accountable for the operation of Providence Regional Nursing Orientation (PRNO) and agency staff orientation. This includes: evaluation, coordination and administration of nursing orientation and new hire competency assessment. This role also contributes to the regional clinical education effort by authoring, implementing, and evaluating clinical education and competency assessment activities on a regional basis and across the care continuum.
