Reporting to the Director of Outpatient Clinical Services Program and in collaboration with the Unit Managers, in compliance with CRNM Standards of Nursing Practice, the Nurse Educator is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of orientation and ongoing education plans for clinical staff. The Nurse Educator works in a team environment to foster an atmosphere of respect and caring
