0.3FTE, 12 hours per week. Night shift, 7p-7a. Will need to be flexible with attending some days/evening shift meetings or education days.
Oversees a focused unit/group, often working directly with new staff and preceptors, and continually assessing the onboarding process. Delivers educational experiences to small groups for the assigned unit. Does not manage staff but must work in collaboration with leadership and network with Professional Development and other system educators to ensure organizational and department goals are met.
