•Responsible for carrying out patient nursing care/services in the Dialysis & Chemotherapy unit.
•Prepare facilities for smooth service and make it easier for patients/families to receive services, by: Arranging the security and comfort of the room. Check and ensure that all required equipment is functioning properly and that medicines and other necessary medical equipment are available and ready to use.
•Provide nursing care using standard nursing practice: Carry out emergency medical/nursing actions according to the patient's main health problem that requires action related to Dialysis & Chemotherapy. Carry out observations, monitor the patient's health condition (general condition: physical, psychological, vital signs and main complaints) during the procedure and immediately after the procedure.
•Helping patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: Preparing the patient both physically and psychologically, calming the patient, adjusting the patient's position. Provide a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure.
•Prepare patients who have completed procedures, including: Administrative needs, such as: instructions for home care, sick certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Provide health education to patients/families as needed.
•Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care, so as to create an accurate information and communication system.
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
•Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing
•Nursing
•Have minimum 1 year work experience as a Level I Clinical Nurse.
