Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440

Travel Required: Yes

Provides day-to-day direction and monitoring of palliative care services provided in a specific geographical area. Ensures that the care provided is in accordance with the organization's mission, care philosophy, client care plan, policies, procedures and standards of care.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • 3 yrs experience in Palliative Care (combo of acute and community preferred)

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • LEAP Certification (Learning Essential Approaches to Palliative and End of Life)
