Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks

Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440

Travel Required: No

The Real Time Demand and Capacity (RTDC) Coordinators will report to an acute inpatient care manager. The RTDC Coordinators will ensure continued patient flow through weekends by assisting the units with complex discharges and system flow issues after the coordinator has handed over. This position is also accountable for focused quality improvement projects.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • Three (3) years experience in the specific clinical area
  • Minimum 5 years recent acute nursing experience

Education

  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)

Licenses

  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Other Education and Training

  • Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable

Competencies
