The MDS Coordinator is a member of the Continuing Care Team who works closely to liaise, consult and support management related to Resident Assesment Instrument/Minimum Data Set

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Other Education and Training

  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
