Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and comfort needs
• Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist with creating a safe and comfortable environment throughout the night
• Support nurses and fellow caregivers as part of a dedicated care team
• Respond to resident needs with patience, kindness, and professionalism

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dependable and able to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine compassion and respect for older adults
• Patient, tactful, and cheerful with residents, families, and team members
