- 5 Days supporting OR
- Call coverage can be considered if willing
• Patient Volume: 50-55 cases/week
• Physicians in Practice: 2
• Case Mix: General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB
- No Head/Heart
• No of Exam Rooms: 4 ORs, 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite
• Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy on site: Yes
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: Independent Practice

Requirements:
• Active IA License or IMLC
• BC
