A Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Nursing Aide, is responsible for supporting healthcare staff in administering personalized care to patients with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. PCT and or NA use patient care best practices to provide a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for all patients always adhering to Amberwell cultural priorities. The PCT/NA must be comfortable working with specific populations, including elderly patients and those with special needs, being a good team player with empathy and compassion a must.
