To help us be successful in our mission we are looking for a Nurse Advisor to join our Clinical Support Team.

30 or 37.5 hours per week (24/7 Shift Pattern) / Remote / Perm Contract

As a Nurse Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients and healthcare professionals, providing expert clinical advice and ensuring patients receive the care and guidance they need when they need it most.

This is a unique opportunity to work remotely as part of our specialist Care Bureau team, delivering high-quality telephone-based clinical support across a 24-hour, 7-day service. What’s required to be successful?

We're looking for compassionate, experienced nurses who are confident making clinical decisions independently and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care remotely.

Essential experience/skills:

  • Current NMC registration as an RGN (Part 1) with acute care experience
  • Proven experience assessing patients
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication
  • A patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern covering our 24-hour service, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work effectively from home while remaining connected to a wider multidisciplinary team.

Desirable experience/skills:

  • Post-registration qualification in a specialist area such as Chronic Disease Management, Asthma, COPD, or Orthopaedics.
  • Experience working within telephone triage, advice lines, or remote clinical services.
