Job Description: Under the direction of the Home Care Manager, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to urban and rural Home Care clients within the Regina Qu-Appelle Health Region.

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required

Education

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing

Licenses

• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)

• Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement.
• Ability to exercise independent nursing judgement
• Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas.

• Knowledge in nursing process

• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• Community nursing experience is an asset
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work.

• This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings. Travel required to various community sites within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina). Home base for this position is: 2180 23rd Avenue (WRC)
