The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Health Authority through provision of safe quality nursing care to clients. He/she is responsible to the Manager of a designated area. The Registered Nurse implements nursing practice within the framework of the nursing process including: Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation, along with ongoing assessment data in order to revise diagnoses, outcomes and the plan of care as needed. Provides supervision to support staff in activities related to client care. Supervises students in activities related to client care.
