You'll play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our employees, ensuring their safety and readiness to contribute to our mission of advancing sustainable mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including EHS Managers, project teams, and site leadership), provide medical care and advice, and oversee health-related compliance and reporting.
You’ll specifically take care of administering nursing care to employees and maintaining health-related records, but also assist in organizing health promotion activities.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting the EHS Manager and country management on health-related matters in the country and across projects
Providing health advice and nursing care to employees, including attending to medical needs and referring cases to physicians or hospitals as necessary
Assisting project teams by advising on health aspects of their work
Organizing health-related activities, training, and awareness programs to foster a health-conscious work environment
Preparing and maintaining health-related records and statistics
Ensuring compliance with current and future health regulations and laws
Consolidating and preparing monthly health reports from project sites
Supporting health surveillance programs and other related initiatives
Coordinating with project sites to address health-related issues and concerns

A degree in Nursing with an updated PRC License.
Experience as an occupational health nurse, including DOLE-OSH-related training.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health regulations and best practices in occupational health.
