Job Description

  • Provide healthcare services to students and staff in the school clinic, including preventive, promotive, basic curative care, and first aid.
  • Perform triage and initial assessment of students’ health complaints within the school environment.
  • Deliver nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards based on students’ health conditions.
  • Conduct regular observation, documentation, and monitoring of students’ health conditions.
  • Handle emergency cases within the school and arrange referrals to healthcare facilities when necessary.
  • Manage basic medical administration, including maintaining students’ medical records and health reports.
  • Coordinate with school authorities, parents/guardians, and other healthcare professionals regarding students’ health conditions.

Qualifications

  • Nursing education with a Professional Ners qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree).
  • Possess a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
  • Hold a BTCLS (Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support) certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare services (clinic, hospital, or school clinic experience is preferred).
  • Willing to work full-time.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
