Mandara Spa at Atlantis is seeking a sophisticated and clinically experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Luxury Medi-Spa team.
This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a five-star resort environment and is passionate about delivering premium IV therapies and aesthetic services with precision, discretion, and exceptional guest care.
You will combine strong clinical expertise with luxury hospitality standards to ensure every guest experience is safe, seamless, and elevated.
Reports To: Medi-Spa Physician & Spa Manager
Administer IV infusion therapies and nutrient injections in accordance with established medical protocols
Administer aesthetic treatments including Restylane dermal fillers, Dysport wrinkle treatments, and microneedling in accordance with established medical protocols
Conduct thorough client consultations and review medical histories
Monitor guests during treatment and provide comprehensive aftercare guidance
Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
Deliver personalized, discreet, five-star service
Confidently educate guests on IV therapies and wellness offerings
Support promotion of complementary spa services
Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and poise
Maintain a calm, refined, and welcoming treatment environment
Uphold the highest sanitation and infection control standards
Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and equipment
Ensure proper biohazard and sharps disposal compliance
Monitor inventory of medical supplies and products
Participate in ongoing training and team initiatives
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Demonstrated experience starting IVs and administering infusion therapies
Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or luxury clinical environments.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Polished, professional presence suited to a luxury resort setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently within a high-end hospitality environment
