Egypt Education Platform is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team at one of our schools. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to student health care and will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and ongoing care to students and staff as needed, including the administration of prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and assess students’ health conditions and maintain accurate health records.
- Develop and implement health care plans for students with chronic health issues or special medical needs.
- Educate students and staff on health topics, including hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals regarding students' health concerns and needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the school clinic in accordance with health regulations.
- Participate in school health programs, health screenings, and emergency preparedness plans.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration with the relevant healthcare authority.
- Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and health issues affecting children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to student welfare.
