1) 参与并协助各部门的工作。Participate and assist in the work of all the department.

2) 合理安排老人的活动和照护计划，并做好相关记录，包含但不限于照护系统和纸质文件。Do reasonable arrangements for the residents’ activities and care plan, and do a good job of related records, include but not limited the operation system and paperwork.

3) 参与制定整合性护理计划。Participate in the development of integrate care plan.

4) 及时更新护理文件（特别是墙上计划表）Update the nursing document in time (especially the plan on the wall).

5) 确保老人得到正确的照护Ensure proper care for the residents.

6) 接待、倾听、通知、支持和陪伴老人及其家属Receive, listen, inform, support and accompany the residents and their families.

7) 保持与家属之间的信息沟通的持续性，如入住老人住院，护士需定期了解老人情况并告知家属 发现问题（如住院），及时通知家属Maintain the continuity of information communication with their families, such as the residents’ hospitalization, the nurses need to regularly ask the situation of the residents and inform their families of the problems (such as hospitalization), and inform the families timely.

8) 参与老人的综合评估（失能评估表，如XX集团Linda评估表等）Participate in the residents’ comprehensive assessment(disability assessment, such as Orpea Linda assessment, etc.).

12) 及时掌握老人的化验结果，发现异常及时通知医生。Master the test results of the residents in a timely manner, if find any abnormal situation, should report to the doctor timely.

15) 避免对老人进行约束，预防大小便失禁。Avoid restraint to the elderly, prevent incontinence.

16) 监督并参与老人个人卫生和生活舒适度相关的护理服务（如厕、转移、安置、压疮的预防等）。Supervise and participate in the resident’s individual health and living comfort degree related nursing services (toilet, transfer and resettlement, pressure ulcer prevention, etc.).

17) 检查老人生活环境并按照老人的失能程度进行相应调整。Check the residents’ living environment and adjust in accordance with the disability degree of the residents.

21) 一旦发生紧急情况，立即通知医生、评估老人的状况，并在医生到达之前实施必要的急救措施。In case of an emergency, notify the doctor to assess the condition of the residents, and implement the necessary first aid measures before the doctor arrives.

22) 确保医疗照护和急救器材能够正常使用。Ensure the normal use of nursing and first aid equipment.

23) 做好医疗照护器械及各区域卫生和消毒工作。Do a good job of cleaning and disinfection of nursing equipment and all the related areas.

24) 确保高危用品的正确使用和流通，尤其是感染性医疗废物的处理。Ensure the proper use and distribution of high - risk products, especially for the treatment of infectious medical wastes.

药品流通的追溯、管理和控制Traceability, management and control of drug circulation

Qualification and experience required

资历及经验要求

全日制护理专业大学专科（三年制）以上学历。 At least 3 years' full time junior college diploma for Nurse major. 有效注册的护士执业证书。 Valid Nurse Certificate of Practicing and the location of practicing can be changed to Keppel facility. 具有丰富的一线护理工作经验，有养老机构护理护士从业经验者优先。

Stronger experience in clinical nursing, prefer to own the experience working in senior care, long-term care, or nursing home.
