Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, University, client sites and working from home.

We are looking for skilled systems thinkers, with an extensive background in nuclear to join our Systems Engineering teams at Frazer-Nash. Right now, we are applying our skills to some of the country’s most complex and challenging nuclear projects, ranging from small-modular reactors, to fusion, to decommissioning and regulatory support.What’smore, youwon’tberestricted to only working in the nuclear sector, with our skills regularly deployed into naval infrastructure, submarines, “space fuel”,and next generation militaryaircraft, amongst many others.
This role will see you undertaking and managing a range of projects, working with other consultants, and contributing to the delivery of contracts to our customers across a range of sectors but with a focus on projects within the nuclear domain.
Key responsibilities:
Applying systems thinking to solve complexproblems;
Developing models to deliver systems engineeringoutputs;
Developing and managing the implementation of systems engineeringlifecycles;
Generating,managingand implementing robust systems engineering process (Requirements, Verification & Validation);
Supporting engagements with clients,facilitatingworkshops and leading projects.

Essential Requirements
A Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering or a relateddiscipline;
Relevant experience applying Systems Engineering in a nuclear relatedrole;
Understanding of engineering processes and lifecycles (Agile, V – lifecycle, Requirements)
Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE);
Complex problem-solvingskills;
DesirableRequirements
Experience with Systems Engineering toolsets (IBM DOORS, DOORS Next, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.);
Experience with Agile Systems EngineeringApproaches;
CEng/IEng accreditation or actively working toward it through mentored professionaldevelopment;
Experience working as a consultant and managing projects.
