Your Impact

  • Support engineering and project activities within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
  • Contribute to project scopes, preliminary engineering activities, scopes of work, and request-for-proposal inputs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, engineering consultants, project teams, and client representatives to move work forward.
  • Assist with inspections, project execution, technical reviews, and client-side project management activities.
  • Apply nuclear procedures, safety expectations, security requirements, and quality processes in your daily work.

  • Eligibility for registration as an Engineer-in-Training with Professional Engineers Ontario.
  • An early-career engineering foundation supported by relevant academic, co-op, internship, field, project, or consulting experience.
  • The ability and willingness to relocate to the Tiverton, Port Elgin, or Kincardine area for the assignment. (Relocation provided)
  • The ability to work on site at the outset, without a guaranteed hybrid arrangement.
  • Demonstrated initiative and learning agility, including the ability to move work forward when given broad direction.
  • Clear technical communication and the professional maturity required to represent WSP in a client environment.
  • Previous nuclear-sector exposure or experience is considered an asset, but is not required.

The successful candidate will also be required to satisfy the client’s applicable security, site-access, background-screening, training, and onboarding requirements once confirmed.
