The Role

Own the training and support relationship with distributor partners across your territory, keeping Lauxes top of mind in every store. Drive B2B confidence, strengthen relationships, and make the Lauxes experience unmissable everywhere you go.

What You'll Do

• Own your territory: Sydney Metro, South Coast, Riverina… Know it, run it, grow it
• Engage distributors: In-store visits, product training, relationship building
• Plan your week: Fridays for planning, Monday to Thursday for field visits
• Keep CRM sharp: Accurate, up-to-date records on every visit and follow-up
• Stay proactive: Success here is energy and engagement, not KPIs
• Connect with the team: Weekly and monthly Teams meetings with the national crew
• Must be an Australian citizen to apply

Who You Are

• 2+ years' Account Management or B2B sales experience
• Full driver's licence required
