- This role is expected to influence both immediate campaign outcomes and long-term marketing direction.
What you'll do:
Develop and lead annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and growth objectives
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, KPIs and ROI and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations
Partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure strong alignment, effective execution, and measurable business impact
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Significant experience in marketing with a proven track record or developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of brand, performance and customer engagement marketing
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, influence cross functional partners and drive results in a fast paced environment
Excellent analytical , communication and problem - solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Bonus points for:
Experience leading cosmetic marketing initiatives in global or multi-market environments
Background in beauty, wellness, consumer goods
Strong business communication skills in English and experience collaborating with global teams
