Support product lifecycle activities from planning to launch and post-launch, assist with product launches and promotional initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
What you'll do:
Support day-to-day product marketing activities across assigned product categories
Assist in product launches and promotional campaigns, including coordination with internal teams and agencies
Help maintain brand consistency and support brand positioning initiatives •Support tracking of sales performance and marketing KPIs, and assist in preparing reports and insights
Assist in executing integrated marketing activities across digital and offline channels •Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans
Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to support marketing decisions
What you'll need:
0–3 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (beauty or FMCG industry preferred)
Basic understanding of product launches, promotions, and marketing activities •Interest in the beauty industry and awareness of market trends and consumer behavior
Strong communication skills in Korean; working proficiency in English preferred •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize data and create clear presentations
Strong willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team projects
