The role
Our team is looking for an Operations Coordinator. In this role you will have a key position contributing to the development of Zeekr in the market.
At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.

This is what you will do:

• Lead CRM initiatives: Coordinate leads, analyze data, and create reports that support improvements in the customer journey and internal processes.

• Build, handle and develop dealers' relations: being one of the main contacts, working closely to our dealers, ensuring follow-ups, performance management and visits when needed.

• Support the marketing and communication team: Translate and qualitatively check content from concept and ideas to customer communication and internal material.

• Optimize our digital touchpoints: Work with our content and marketing teams to improve our website, FAQ and product information.

• Enhance the customer journey: Participate in projects such as customer surveys.

• Have the courage to take ownership and responsibility, and don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Automotive background either from dealer side or OEM.

• Customer Journey experience: Improving existing processes.

• Strong communication skills – written and spoken – in English and local language (other languages are a plus).

• Structure and overview, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.

• A service-minded and solution-oriented approach, even when challenges are complex.

• Experience with CRM, communication, customer coordination or training/translation is a clear advantage.
