Job Description

NSC售后服务代表(广州)广州社招全职用户与服务 - 用户服务大专及以上3-5 年职位描述岗位职责
1.熟悉公司车辆功能及使用,深刻理解公司服务理念,提供用户“无忧”服务体验;
2.对用户的维保需求进行确认,并根据需求给出最优服务方案负责用户关系的维护,保证每位用户都能得到专业而有温度的售后服务;
3.负责车辆整体维修情况的把控及维修过程中的用户沟通,确保维修时效、维修质量、完工交付-标准及维修服务体验;
4.协助用户处理车辆事故理赔事宜;
5.按需为用户安排代步车,专车等延续行程服务,确保用户行程无忧服务中心日常管理,包括但不限于产能、配件协调,服务中心车辆交付评价;
6.一般客诉处理职位要求1.22-40 周岁,专科及以上学历,熟练使用各种办公软件;
2.持 C1 及以上驾照,两年以上实际驾龄,驾驶技术优秀;
3.良好的沟通与组织协调能力,优秀的服务意识和良好的抗压能力;
4.2年以上汽车后市场相关经验,有中高端 4S 店售后服务经验优先;持有行业认可的车辆维修资格证优先;
5.有事故理赔、车辆保险相关从业经验者优先。 投递
