Program Summary

Our solutions help ensure mission success on land, air, sea, space and cyberspace for the Department of Defense, intelligence community, NASA, and other federal agencies. KBR’s areas of expertise include engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity.
KBR provides Contingency Base Operations, Stabilization, and Infrastructure support services under Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and related task orders.
KBR is seeking a Licensed Plumber who installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings in accordance with applicable codes. The plumber will assemble, install, and service piping, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and water supply systems. They are responsible for interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to assess system layouts and plan installation or repair activities as well as ensuring all plumbing work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory company requirements.
**This will be an onsite position with fulltime deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.
Roles and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
Inspects plumbing systems to identify issues, perform troubleshooting, and conduct necessary repairs or replacements to ensure proper operation.
Recommend corrective and preventative actions to improve system reliability and performance.
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for job execution and maintain work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
May provide guidance or support to apprentices or junior personnel as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a US citizen.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid plumbing license (as required by jurisdiction).
Minimum 2-5 years of related plumbing experience.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and safety practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
