As NRSWA Administration, you’ll ensure all required road opening notices and permits are raised and processed within statutory timescales, enabling contracting partners and internal teams to operate within legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves managing and processing fault-related plant maintenance orders and scopes, supporting accurate cost allocation and timely payment. In addition, it provides an efficient and effective support service to coordinate all activities associated with the repair of HV and LV faults within the Operations function, while also handling fault and emergency overflow calls from the DCC to ensure timely response and support the achievement of key operational performance metrics.
