We’re looking for a hands-on Field Engineer to support the deployment and commissioning of advanced Air Traffic Management systems across domestic and international projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex technical systems in the field, solving real-world problems, and collaborating with engineering teams and customers in mission-critical environments.
You’ll work on MLAT, ADS-B and WAM systems, combining RF expertise, networking knowledge, and Linux troubleshooting skills to bring high-performance systems online worldwide.
You will lead on-site installation and integration activities, including:
RF cabling and antenna connections
Rack installation of servers and workstations
Setup of switches, routers, and networking equipmentù
Use professional measurement tools to validate system performance and resolve technical issues:
Power Meters
Network Analyzers (VNA/SNA)
SWR meters
Work on distributed MLAT and ADS-B infrastructures by:
configuring IP networks, VLANs, routing and switching
troubleshooting connectivity and latency issues
analyzing Linux systems, logs, services and networking behavior
Travel internationally to:
execute system commissioning
perform SAT (Site Acceptance Tests)
validate performance against international aviation standards and customer requirements
Act as the main technical contact during:
deliver technical training
provide remote and on-site support
help restore operations in mission-critical environments
1–5 years in technical field roles
Experience in telecommunications, networking, RF systems, or critical infrastructures is a plus
RF systems and measurements
IP networking and troubleshooting
Linux environments (RedHat/CentOS/Debian)
System diagnostics and technical problem solving
Autonomous and proactive mindset
Comfortable working on-site and traveling internationally
Strong communication and customer-facing attitude
Ability to operate under pressure in critical environments
