Our Disputes & Regulatory team are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Edinburgh office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-performing, Band 1-ranked practice, delivering first-class legal services across a diverse and high-quality client base. You will play a key role in enhancing client service, contributing to the continued growth of our disputes and regulatory team, and helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.
This role offers exposure to high-quality work, excellent training and mentoring, and the opportunity to develop your litigation skills within a collaborative and supportive team. You will work on a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial litigation, professional negligence, product liability, public law disputes and public procurement matters. Working alongside experienced lawyers, you'll support all stages of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. As well as working with leading clients, you’ll be part of an inclusive environment that encourages you to be yourself and supports you to perform at your best. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation as a disputes solicitor. While the workload can be demanding at times, it offers significant professional growth, exposure to high-calibre work, and the satisfaction of delivering outstanding results for clients.
We're looking for a motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor with trainee experience in dispute resolution or litigation. You'll be eager to learn, enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, and be ready to develop a successful career in dispute resolution.
