What You'll Be Doing (Hint: It's More Exciting Than You Think!):

• Providing Expert Guidance: You'll be advising clients on all things private client law from writing wills to managing estates, and setting up trusts. You'll be their go-to person, helping them navigate the trickier parts of life with empathy and clarity.
• Caseload Hero: Yes, you'll manage your own cases (under the watchful eye of our supportive team). Every client is unique, and you'll be the one to ensure they get the best, tailored advice.
• Document Dynamo: Draft wills, trust deeds, and lasting powers of attorney with the confidence of someone who's ready to show the world what they've got. Every detail matters and you'll be the one keeping things shipshape!
• Estate Planning Guru: Guide clients through complex estate and inheritance tax planning with ease. You'll have them feeling relieved and secure by the end of the meeting (and maybe even a bit impressed with how much you know).
• Client Champion: Whether its helping someone through a sensitive time or offering practical advice, you'll provide client care with warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: We want you to grow, so you'll keep on top of all the latest in private client law. Our team will be cheering you on the whole way!

What Were Looking For (Your Superpowers):

• Newly qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a passion for private client law and a positive attitude.
• Stellar communication skills you can break down legal jargon into simple, reassuring advice that clients can actually understand (and appreciate).
• Detail-oriented and super organised, because lets face it, handling legal documents requires laser focus.
• Empathetic and approachable you're someone clients will feel comfortable turning to during important, and often emotional, times.
• Tech-savvy enough to handle case management systems and whip up a great email, but also flexible enough to learn more on the go.
• Integrity and professionalism are a must you're someone clients and colleagues can always trust.
