Job Description

The NPR Manager plays a crucial role in leading and driving the procurement process for the assigned area. This position ensures competitive pricing, optimal service, and quality levels, with adherence to strict policies and procedures. This role also involves implementing global strategies and developing regional category strategies, along with training and educating users on NPR procurement tools, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate the acquisition of NPR goods and services.
  • Support the attainment of NPR procurement goals on a global, regional, and local level, which includes savings, cost avoidance, supplier reduction, and more.
  • Create and maintain data for the seamless execution of the NPR procurement process.
  • Ensure all commercial contracts are executed in compliance with the company's policies.
  • Conduct spend analysis to identify and drive cost reduction opportunities.
  • Professionally execute the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process.
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders to understand and address potential challenges and business requirements.
  • Promptly resolve operational P2P issues and escalate them when necessary.
  • Raise awareness of relevant policies among users and train them on systems and tools for NPR procurement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional procurement accreditation is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a country purchasing role with international scope.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, project management, and team-building.
  • Ability to deliver sustainable business results and be an ambassador for cultural change.
