General Description of the Role

  • Develop and implement multy country category sourcing strategy for indirect materials focused on Marketing & CCM (including, but not limited to Media, Events & Activations, POSM, Creative Agencies, Adverting Production, Digital Influencers, Public Relations, etc.
  • Lead negotiation and contracting.
  • Develop Category Strategies and implement SRM program with tier 1 vendors.
  • Manage Stakeholders Relationship for the referred categories and countries.
  • Collaborate in global initiatives as well as manage relationship with global teams.

Mission/Objectives

In line with the procurement mission, the objective of this role is to ensure productivity, availability and operational excellence for the referred Marketing & CCM Categories for Campari Mexico and other Campari entities across Latin America through the design and the implementation of the most appropriate sourcing solutions and vendor performance animation, constantly investigating opportunities to improve our cost-base in a sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Lead RFI, RFP, RFQ (request for information, proposal and quotation) processes.
  • Utilize strategic sourcing methodology for major initiatives.
  • Utilize methodologies such as cost break down, cost modelling and should cost, and analize TCO.
  • Negotiation, Contracting, and Contract Implementation.
  • Support Category Manager on the Categories Strategies creation and implementation.
  • Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for assigned categories.
  • Engagement with Global Category Management team on the categories strategy creation and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with the standards or requirements established in Procurement Policy

Key Relationships

Internal: Marketing, CCM, Sales and Finance teams, Regional & Global Procurement peers and leaders.

External: Suppliers and Industry entities.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, with a strong focus on Marketing & CCM.

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Business, Marketing and Hospitality related.

  • Experience in Marketing environment.

  • Spanish and English Mandatory.
  • Advance Excel and Power Point.
  • COUPA, SAP and Power BI knowledge.
